About the L.D.M.D.L.
The London & District Men's Dart
League was founded in 1946.
It was started by a group of soldiers coming back from WWII who had
learned the game while in Britain and brought the game back with them.
They played out of the various Legions around London.
The League has grown in numbers and plays out of many
various Legions and other venues around London.
The League consisted of 83 Teams
in the 2008-09 season
11 different Divisions with 5 different Formats of play.
The League now consists of 86 Teams
in the 2012-13 season
11 different Divisions with 6 different Formats of play.
We now have a NEW LDMDL Singles League playing Monday nights!
NIGHTS OF PLAY
LDMDL Singles League is on Monday Nights at Victory Legion or Duchess of Kent
Team play is on Thursday Nights at various locations depending on home team venues
